Panel: Silicone Gel-Filled Breast Implants: The Current State
: Several aspects of silicone gel-filled breast implants will be covered in this informational session, which will include comments by a representative of the Food and Drug Administration on the regulatory status of gel implants. Information on plastic surgery�s patient education project on implants as well as an update on breast implant research and a report on the International Breast Implant Registry will be presented.
