Lecture: Management of Tear Trough Deformity

This lecture will provide a description of a procedure to improve or soften the nasojugal groove depression. This is accomplished by release of the fascia on the deep surface of the orbicularis occuli muscle near the arcus marginalis, with placement of small fat grafts into the muscle.
